Applications for grants are to be submitted to the trust using one of the forms which are available from our secretary or downloaded below. Please email the application with supporting documents or post it to us at Shaftesbury Charitable Trust, 40 High Street, Shaftesbury SP7 8JG

Applications made by or on behalf of individuals should be on our individuals form
